Looking for dentist who'll put a filling in rather than pull a tooth

Here's my doggie question, (of course gotta give a bit of a story first).  So I'm at the dentist yesterday and confess I brush my dogs teeth 3x a wk and ask him what he does w/ his old cleaning tools, you know the ones they use to scale your teeth w/ and he volunteers one of his old tools to me.. :) so of course last night I had to get busy using it(not having children to pick on the dogs are easy prey) so I notice that Monique(just turned 7)on a back molar has a dark spot(course she's not very cooperative in my checking it out)so I'm picking on it, trying to see if I can find a soft spot or clean the brown off that molar, I did manage to get some of the brown spot off and couldn't determine if there was a soft spot(sign of decay)so I googled dog teeth decay and did find that they do fillings on dogs.. I do have my dogs insured w/ Banfield but am not sure they do fillings, I'm sure they pull teeth but from what I can tell if this tooth is decayed it isn't bad enougth to be pulled and would rather save it if I can.  If you know of a dentist for dogs that does fillings I'd appreciate it.  I did find one in MN(darn I shouldn't have moved)that does this on the internet, I'm sure they have to have someone here in AZ that does that.. Your help would truly be appreciated, we all know that teeth are so important to our health(includes our critters)
let me know :)
